Five enclosed gardens are laid out in the heart of the orchard every year:
- the cut-flower garden with three beds of perennials. These are planted with country garden flowers, Mediterranean flowers and wild flowers. Watering is kept to a minimum and the flowers have as much freedom as possible.
- the vineyard with 9 old wine grape varieties enclosed with roses.
- the grain garden, where a planted square completes the garden crops.
- the secret garden in the centre of the orchard will be a special place with a fountain and benches in the shade of four cherry trees.
- the look-out will be the high point of the visit with a panoramic view of the walled town of Monpazier.
